From the Information Kiosk follow the blue blazed trail crossing two bridges
Mile 0.25 reach the intersection of the yellow blazed Boy Scouts Connector Trail stay on the blue blazed trail as you will cross over the creek 7-8 times
Mile 1.65 reach the intersection of the Appalachian Trail (white blazed) turn right onto the AT heading south toward the tooth for a very steep, tough 0.7 mile climb
Mile 2.35 reach the top of the mountain and continue on the ridge line for a flat walk towards the tooth
Mile 2.6 reach the tooth and be cautious when scaling to the top of the tooth for pictures
For your return trip: Head back down the Dragons tooth trail until you reach the intersection of the A.T. and Dragon’s tooth blue blazed trail.
Mile 1.0 stay straight on the A.T. this time instead of taking the Dragon’s Tooth blue blazed trail
Mile 1.25 enjoy a nice overlook
Mile 1.75 pass a campsite (no water source so don't even try)
Mile 2 reach the intersection of the yellow blazed Boy Scout trail, taking a left onto it
Mile 2.3 arrive at the intersection of the blue blazed Dragon’s tooth trail taking a right onto it
Mile 2.6 reach the parking lot once again

Personal Recommendations:

This is in my top 5 of favorite hikes, because its a challenging hike in a different kind of way. There are fun ladders along the way and climbing the tooth at the top is an adrenaline rush. The 270 degree view from the tooth is quite different from most views and I would seriously recommend bumping this one up to the top of your list.
